The room was clean. Breakfast offered a great variety of options. The staff was friendly and willing to help with any request I had. I appreciated the central location, very convenient for sightseeing.
My room was quite small. The air conditioning did not work properly. The noise isolation was poor, and i could hear noise from the street. I think better soundproofing would improve the experience.

The location was great. it was easy to walk to many attractions and restaurants! the breakfast was plentiful and fresh. There were waiters available for as many cappuccinos as i could handle. the staff at reception was very nice and helpful.
The room was quite small. There was not enough space to open the luggage. there was no hanger for the winter coat, and it needs more space! there weren't enough possibilities to hang the towels in the bathroom.
